Contracting With Us
Working with us is very straightforward. We implement your design on an hourly basis, with the number of weekly hours worked specified by you ahead of time. Weekly updates are sent, allowing you to keep track of progress and ask questions, ensuring maximum success for your timeline and overall project.
When our portion of your design is completed, you own all design files and copyrights. We're then off the clock, and you're free to manufacture using a low-cost Padauk micro-controller -- reaping the cost savings and potentially undercutting your competition. For clients who desire ongoing fine-tuning and feature enhancement during product roll-out, or clients who feel that their manufacturing effort would benefit from our ongoing involvement and observation, an optional monthly priority support contract can be arranged. We reserve time each month to allocate to priority support customers who are not in our current work queue but that may have a need requiring urgent attention.
The General Services Agreement that we utilize with all our clients is downloadable for your review below. As you can see, this agreement provides several key components including a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), the terms of our working relationship, and specification of design files and copyrights ownership. We do ask, during initial discussions, that any confidential information not be shared with us and that your requirements be spoken of in general terms. This allows us to enter into contractual relationship with only those firms that we will be performing services for, at which time the NDA clause of our General Services Agreement would be in effect and clients will then be free to share all details relevant to the implementation of their project.
